The rules for Wend

These rules apply when you use Wend. Wend is a new product. Read these rules before you use it.

Your account

You must have an account to use Wend. You must be old enough to have an account in your country. The sign-in link in your email is only for you. Tell us if another person gets your sign-in link.

Your content

You own the content that you put in a trip. You give Wend permission to store this content and to show it to the people that you invite. Wend does not claim ownership of your content. Wend does not use your content to train models.

What you must not do

• Do not use Wend for illegal actions.
• Do not add content that belongs to another person.
• Do not harass the people that you plan with.
• Do not send too many requests to the API.

Wend can suspend an account that breaks these rules.

The limits of the data in Wend

Wend shows opening hours, prices, travel times, closures, and suggestions. This data comes from other companies or from a language model. This data can be incorrect. Check the important data before you travel: visas, flights, bookings, and border rules. Wend does not make bookings for you. Wend does not take payments.

Legal limits

Wend is supplied "as is". Wend gives no warranty. Wend is not liable for problems on your trip. If we change these rules, we tell you before the change starts. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Wend can close an account that breaks these rules.
